In recent years, the domestic and foreign economic and financial environment is complicated, the development of domestic banking industry and the reform process is accelerating, and the competition is increasing. Adapt to market changes, many financial services products into the market, creating huge economic and social benefits for me at the same time, the ability of information construction, especially put forward higher requirements of business operation of sustainable and efficient service ability. The breadth and depth of financial information as the extension of the maintenance work of the difficulty and complexity of sharp increase; joint-stock reform of continuous operation, risk control and improve the efficiency of resource use and put forward higher requirements. The supervision department of the commercial bank management is becoming increasingly strict, the punishment is increasing, operation and maintenance of the standardization of operation and management level must adapt to.At present, the daily operation and maintenance management of our bank is still in use by the traditional manual operation mode. This mode of operation has been unable to meet the high standards, a large number of manual operations to bring the tedious and repetitive work,technical personnel have done a lot of inefficient or even invalid labor, and human error also caused a large number of security incidents, it is difficult to fundamentally control system of sustainable operation and risk control; at the same time, operation and maintenance of knowledge scattered, lack of centralized management, quality system operation and maintenance work is too dependent on the technical staff; lack of relevant auxiliary automation tools and maintenance work, the lack of a unified and standardized implementation and process management.Based on the above reasons, in order to solve the safety problems caused by manual operation, improve the operation environment of open platform, open platform resources to further enhance the management level, the construction of an automated management platform based on cloud computing, realize the maintenance work of automation,standardization is imperative.This thesis studies the status and development of technology of automation systemoperation and maintenance management platform to start, based on the idea of cloud computing, BMC based products, combined with the actual situation of the bank's business requirements, the system needs analysis. Through the analysis and comparison of a variety of technologies, the use of B/S architecture, the use of JAVA programming language and related technologies, the use of ORACLE database, the use of Tomcat as the application of the server is more suitable. In order to ensure the high availability and reliability of the system, the system uses the cluster deployment mode. This article through to the specific business requirements, the system function is divided into: my service; virtual machine application;capacity management; server retrieval and task scheduling module. Among them, my service,virtual machine application implementation needs to be processed by the task scheduling subsystem(module), call service Web related interface implementation. This system uses the MVC structure, the front page uses the Java Scirpt Easy UI plug-in, the logic control uses the standard Servlet Java controller, the persistent use DAO in the Spring module. At the same time, the system also uses the IOC Java, RMI Spring, multi thread and other related technologies. At the beginning of the system design, the system has good expansibility and compatibility, and the task scheduling service can be reused to a certain extent.
