Because of its outstanding price/performance ratio and scalability, availability and usability, Cluster system is becoming the hotpot and trend of the High Performance Computer Architecture and Parallel Computing research. Especially in the financial market, there also exist has improved greatly to the usage rate of free resource. Meanwhile, there are many problems in financial company e.g. the low usage rate of resource, the slow speed of process, and the high cost of company etc. So it indeed need a kind of new workload management model to resolve these problems. The context of thesis is that build a kind of web service workload management model based on cluster.Firstly, the thesis build a kind of web service workload management model based on cluster- the lower layer is the cluster operation system and the upper layer is the web service workload management engineering based on the research for the foundation of resource management and schedule, failover and load balance in the cluster and for the web service structure based on SOA, and give the function feature, design and realization for this model. Secondly, I developed an application including a client and a service which is used to verify the workload management .Finally, I tested the performance of the new web service workload management model based on the cluster.The experiment prove that the given new web service workload management model based on the cluster t has improved greatly the speed of data calculating and the efficiency of making critical analysis, and economized the cost and time for the financial business enterprise also.
