The after-sale service of cars occupies a large proportion in the mature car market,which has a direct impact on the sale of cars.According to the current situation,the traditional car manufacturers emphasis on vehicle manufacturing,but they are weak for car after-sales service.As a result,the after-sale fittings management system becomes confused,the demand forecast also becomes not accurate,the demand can't satisfy the customer's requirements,and the 4S shop's backlog is serious.These factors seriously affect the customer's satisfaction with the after-sales service of the car company.With the rapid development of car technology,car technology documents become more confused.With the continuous expansion of the file size and the data,user access has become more and more frequent,a single database server is heavily loaded,database stability and access efficiency are reduced,A database failure occurs when the load is overloaded.In addition,some car aftermarket technical documentation and fittings management system is relatively independent,they can't be coordinated services.Based on the above background,This paper mainly design a platform with sales of fittings,technical documents supporting,open aftermarket information function.The platform mainly from the fittings sales forecast,car aftermarket technical file storage access and platform framework to research and design.First,this paper proposes multi-rules classification and forecasting combination model according to the forecast of fittings sales,a part sales forecasting model,Secondly,design the data sharing service of Oracle Golden Gate data cluster based on load balancing for the problem of storing and accessing the technical documents of car aftermarket.Then,design business logic layer and data access layer Nosql model on the framework of the platform design research.Finally,the paper designs and analyzes the main functions of technical support,fittings sales and information disclosure of the platform,and we applies the above three research results to the development of the platform to make the whole platform achieves better results.
