The Examination Paper Generating Based On Similarity Identification Algorithm And Analysis Evaluation

At present,the intelligent teaching and examination has gradually become an important research topic in educational technology,some random test paper and examination are more and more used in teaching.However,the automatic generation of test paper quality is not high and the paper did not achieve analysis and evaluation,so the automatic generation of test paper,analysis and evaluation to further improve and perfect are becoming the problem to be solved.The main research work is the paper for the test generation algorithm,as well as analysis and evaluation theory.From the perspective of analysis and test paper construction,preparing for the generation of high quality paper.The semantic similarity algorithm of HowNet in pre-generated paper,and then reaching to the purpose of item similarity.The use of classical test theory is to paper analysis and evaluation,to achieve comprehensive analysis on individual student achievement,the whole class performance,teaching material information and test information.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Calculation of Item Similarity Based on HowNetThe lexical semantic similarity of HowNet is used in test generation system.First,by the Chinese word segmentation software,splitting the question stem,and extracting the keywords;second,it computes the similarity between the keywords.Finally,to calculate the similarity of words.(2)The Use of Similarity to the Weight of the Test GenerationThe paper pre-generated,calculating the similarity of the similarity test for high replacement,so as to achieve the purpose of deduplication test.First,the questions of the words and questions in a vocabulary,respectively,the similarity is calculated,and the results can be represented by a matrix;secondly,take the maximum value of each row of the matrix,and to extract the maximum weighted sum is obtained the similarity of questions;finally,the similarity exceeds a specified threshold test to replace,and to achieve the effect of weight.(3)The Analysis and Evaluation of the Multi Angle of the Examination PaperThe system can be achieved on a comprehensive analysis of students individual achievement,achievement of the whole class,textbooks and papers information,analysis results in form of chart or report presented to the user,users can also analysis of the report to print,to master the subject students answer,so as to achieve the targeted teaching.The HowNet lexical semantic similarity algorithm is applied to the generation of papers.The relevant indicators of the theory are applied to the analysis and evaluation,so that the results of the analysis and evaluation are more persuasive and more instructive.
