Design And Realization Of Troops Comprehensive Evaluation System

Internet The fast development of Internet and computer technology has great affect on the construction of the troops information, and it can be used in the online examination system to design and implement, connecting the education evaluation and the computer technology closely. With the full use of the computer network platform, exerting the advantage of convenient and saving resources, computer technology can greatly improve the troops group test while reflecting the real level of reference person and the fairness of the test. To the reality of one troops area, based on the full study and analysis of the current examination system and the automatic algorithm, this paper proposes a new algorithm of chaos genetic algorithm. The troops online examination system with this new algorithm can meet the maximum needs of users and realize the systematic, standardization and automation of troops evaluation system, with the character of scientific, rational and practicable.Based on the actual demand of the troops and the detail design of the main function, the Army Comprehensive Evaluation System is build based on B/S structure, through the C# language using Visual Studio 2005 integrated environment, the ASP.NET technology, and SQL Server 2005. This system concludes the function of user management, the web database management, paper management, automatic generation, online exams, over marginalia papers, query performance, and time control.This paper builds the multi-objective constrained optimization model through the method of quantifying the targets paper character, and creates the test paper model by weight coefficient method. Because efficiency of the later stage of the traditional genetic algorithm is low, and usually prone to premature convergence, the chaos theory is used in this genetic optimization strategy of paper. With the chaos'characters of the ergodicity, the search speed and accuracy is well control by controlling the genetic algorithm crossover and mutation operators. Experiment results show that the chaos genetic algorithm can greatly improve the global search performance and the convergence speed.The realization of this system has a great significance in promoting the information construct of troops, while achieving the energy by high efficiency. Because of the fairness and intuition of this system, it becomes one of the supplementary tools of troops promotion and integrated assessment. This system has the character of good generality and scalability, easily be promoted and developed, and has good prospects of development.
