In Shuangliu International Airport,the VIP service management system has successed to be applied in real situation,due to the support of current hardware and software technology.However,although most of the worldwide well-known airports have their own perfect VIP service management system, Shuangliu International Airport feels a relatively slowness at this side.Since Shuangliu International Airport VIP service center established ,a set of success management system which can satisfy its customers need hasn't been built up yet.My essay is mainly on the specific circumstances of Shuangliu International Airport VIP service management system ,exerting to build a perfect VIP service management system.The exploiting of the system is mainly by studying academic literature ,related professional works and surveys on the Airport VIP customers,with integration of airports'actual situation and working experience of its staff,coordinating the overall system design and specific design ,implementation stage of coding and testing.Above all ,the system can be perfectly built up .Essentially the system can be summaried to four aspects.First,grasing theory and technology .get familiar with theoretical knowledge and technical methods from reading academic literature.make sure the advanceness and stability of the system.Second,analysis of demands.Through integration of the real situation and staff's working experience detailed needs analysis,defining system functions to guarantee the system's application in real situation.Third,designing of the system.It has two points,general designing and detailed designing.The former focus on direction,the latter on specific functions.Four,coding and testing.this can actually realize the function-end coding and testing of the system.My essay will show that the system can effectively make best use of Shuangliu International Airport's current resources,proving that its advantages on diverse resources will provide a convenient ,quick and perfect service for its VIP customers.The system has an integrated and indicate database which includes all related information of customers and the Airport.Moreover,the database can be expanded larger in the future.On the basis of database covering all customer information,also the integration and management of enter-exit port service procedure and so on,the realization can provide a brand new service concept and management format .The system will take place of current hand-written record and manual statistics.Therefore,by exploiting the system, Shuangliu International Airport can develop the service and management level of its VIP customer service center.The exploiting of the system takes Delphi as development platform and SQL Serrver 2005 database management system as the major explitating tool,aided with image animation dealing with software. |
