With improvements of Radio Frequency Identification technology, the technology has been widely used in the supply chain of agricultural products. RFID applications inevitably produce vast amounts of RFID data, which will take up a large number of storage spaces. It has been attracted people's attentions how to efficiently store and query RFID data. Currently, related storage structures and traditional query processes are presented, but these methods don't focus on the filed about the supply chain of agricultural products. This paper considers characteristics of RFID data in the supply chain of agricultural products, and compresses collected massive RFID data. The main work is as follows:(1) Data preprocessing. Since RFID data of the agricultural products in the supply chain are processed in real time, massive repeated data are produced. This paper will preprocess the repeated information.(2) Data modeling. According to complete supply chain information of RFID objects, they contain identification, position, time, subordinate and business information. This paper will extend current methods to establish data storage model.(3) Algorithm implementation. According to test data, the corresponding data compression storage algorithm is realized by the number of objects, the time interval and the aggregation level.(4) Implementation analysis. According to the RFID data model in the agricultural product supply chain, the main analysis algorithm is time performance, data compression ratio and query response time.Experimental results show that this RFID data storage model has a good effect on the RFID data in agricultural products supply chain, which can reduce the time complexity and improve the accuracy. The RFID data storage model has good compression effect on RFID data in the supply chain of agricultural products, so the method can reduce the time complexity, improves accuracy, and strong practicability.
