Magnetic target detection technology belongs to passive detection. It has very broad application prospects in the aviation anti-submarine, ammunition fuses, mine and explosive ordnance disposal and other fields because of strong concealed, strong anti-interference and wide range of features. Wireless sensor network currently emerging as an important direction of development in the field of information, it has unique advantages, including large monitoring range, strong concealed and strong invulnerability in monitoring the environment of battlefield and tracking military target. This paper devoted to study the magnetic anomaly target Detection technology based on wireless sensor network, proposed localization algorithm based on magnetic dipole, analyzed the factors that affect the accuracy of the algorithm, designed the hardware experimental system and carry out the corresponding simulation and experimental studies.Firstly, in order to solve the corresponding deficiencies of the current magnetic anomaly target Detection method which calculation is large, real-time is bad. This paper derived a centriod localization algorithm based on magnetic dipole model and the use of multi-sensor measured the information of magnetic field intensity and location. Simulation results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm; On the basis of centroid localization algorithm, this paper derived a weighted centroid localization algorithm based on the ratio of magnetic field intensity. Simulation results show that the positioning accuracy has a certain extent of improvement than the centriod localization algorithm. Analyzes the factors that influence the positioning accuracy of the algorithm according to simulation study are the number of sensors, the degree of uniformity of distribution of sensors and position of magnetic anomaly target.Secondly, designed a high-precision and miniaturization of wireless sensor network experimental system. Designed the overall hardware system according to the requirement of high-accuracy, high-reliability and low-complexity. Detailed introduced the design of the respective sub-modules. The main module comprises a processor module, H-bridge pulse magnetizing circuit, signal amplification circuit, A/D conversion circuit and the system power supply module. Completion functions of precision magnetic anomaly signal acquisition and the wireless transmission of magnetic anomaly signal.Finally, carry out some experimental studies aimed at the centroid localization algorithms and the weighted centroid localization algorithms this paper proposed. Selected a place which magnetic environment is stable, designed reasonable and effective experimental procedures and carried out outside experiments. Experimental results showed that the algorithm can effectively obtain the location information of the magnetic target, positioning error is less than 0.4m, verified the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithms, and analyzed the factors that influence the positioning accuracy of the algorithm.
