Barcode is a widely used label technology and is one of the now widely used automatic identification technology making a greate convenience for human life.One-dimensional bar code appears to improve the commodity storage, retrieval speed and efficiency of the entire process, but because of the one-dimensional bar code information less storage capacity, its application is extremely limited.The emergence of two-dimensional bar barcode truly become an effective tool for information storage and recognition. But with the continuous expansion of bar code applications, the data capacity of the bar code requiring is surging in.The ordinary two-dimensional bar code can not meet certain application requirements.In particular, the existing two-dimensional bar mostly used for English letters, numbers and characters encoded within the code but lack of specialized encoding image.To solve the above problem, this paper presents a fusion of biometric security and barcode technology combined high-capacity multi-dimensional digital security program as color code, realizing the combination of multi-dimensional digital security identification code and physical security, further enhancing multi-dimensional code security force.The barcode uses a new type of self-developed multi-dimensional color code referred to the multi-dimensional code. And based on the multi-dimensional code we developed a new multi-dimensional biometric color code applications.The multi-dimensional color code adds the containing data color information based on this black and white color dimension barcode.It increases the information capacity to meet the higher bar code size and description of goods requirements but doesnot change the case of the two-dimensional bar code occupied space.The Multi-dimensional code has different mode for encoding data partition encode:colorful and black-white area. The color content storage area is not very high reliability requirements of the biometric information, but the black-white areas stored very high reliability of text data.Firstly paper introduces the new multi-dimensional colorcode structure and the stored different types of encoding data.For the designing of the code, The application of multi-dimensional code system is mainly divided into twosystems:multi-dimensional coding and decoding system.The system incorporates biometric feature data and text coding data,combines the personal unique biometric information and the multi-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting technologies increasing the capacityof the code.The face and fingerprint biometric information is stored in the individuals dimensional code, and is applied on the identity cards, access cards, graduation cards, bank cards and other kinds of bearer instruments to improve security performance, enhancing security efforts. Using dimensional code and biometric combined technology, security features will be able to raise to a new level.
