As a front-and of intelligent systems, data acquisition system has been widely used in various occasions. Aiming at the problem of the data acquisition requirements of multiple data sources in the moving occasions, factors such as requirements of USB devices' support,bandwidth requirements of multi-source and component cost are taken into consideration, a project of multi-source data acquisition system based on time division multiplexing technology is proposed. In this thesis, we have done as follows:First, the functional requirements analysis of the system and the general design are introduced. According to the request of the acquisition object, this paper illustrates the image information acquisition technology and the position information acquisition technology, the transmission rate of the data can be reduced after format conversion and encoding compression of the image signal. GPS device receives the satellite signal, proposes the corresponding information and calculates the current position which is output from the USB interface. The structure of the system adopted MCU + OTG interface chip. The image signal and the position signal finally transferred to the storage device of the system by OTG interface chip.Secondly, time division multiplexing technology and data directly transmission technology is discussed in the paper. The time division multiplexing technology force on the time which are occupied by multiple output signals of OTG chip. Data directly transmission technology is aimed at improving the traditional data transmission, which allows data packet transmit from information device to storage device without storing in the cache of MCU,improving the rate of data transmission in the system.This paper illustrates in details about the related modules int the whole hardware design, including system control module, OTG chip module, data directly transmission module, memory expansion module, external interface module, E2 PROM selection module and clock divider module, and gives pre-commissioning physical image.Finally, this paper illustrates three designs of driver program, including host control driver program, USB host protocol driver program and device driver program. Host controldriver program illustrates how CY7C60813 communication with ISP1362. USB host protocol driver program introduces the initialization of the ISP1362 and the enumeration between host and slave. In the end, it briefly introduces the design of Mass Storage class driver.
