Cultural differences are in the process of cultural globalization in the 21 st century facing the huge challenge and one of the problems. Web design is a communication art, it is not static, but in a cross-cultural marketing activities in constant development and change. Especially after China's entry into WTO, international communication will become more frequent, web design will inevitably big market into the integration of world economy. In this study, the author through the analysis of Chinese and western cultural differences and the cultural elements in web design, think web design must pass by the fusion of different cultures, keep information communication and contact with foreign markets, on the basis of national culture and absorb the nutrients in different culture, according to the different cultural characteristics under the background of the audience to adjust web design strategy, so as to make the enterprise web design to grasp the initiative in the intense market competition, to win the competition, win the market. Was based on such an idea, in the process of research, the writer sums up continuously, for Chinese culture and western fusion point of view, and hopes to web design as well as their contributions to the cultural transmission. The author thinks that this is the innovation of this research and reality meaning.
