Watt-hour meter auto-verification is a kind of unmanned, automatic, intensive calibration model, which is used for the various performance parameters of various types of meter. At present the conversion from traditional induction watt-hour meter to smart meter is taking place all over the country, which put forward higher requirements in such aspects as scale, quality and efficiency. Watt-hour meter auto-verification have great significance in meeting the demand of the increasing number of meter, unifying verification quality, improving metrological verification efficiency and driving power metering industry technical progress.Watt-hour meter auto-verification involves the logistics transportation, production scheduling, robot control technology, intelligent calibration technology and so on, in which the connection state and supe state detection problem is the premise to realize precise watt-hour meter verification. Based on watt-hour meter auto-verification system as the research object, the studies about connection state and supe state detection problem are emphasized.Firstly, intelligent detection system based on intelligent sensor was developed to solve the problem of reliable connection of watt-hour meter, in which the design of hardware modules and software modules were included. The system could detect the terminal voltage, current and temperature in the process of watt-hour meter verification and upload the terminal data to the dispatching control system through communication bus in real time, so that the connection state of watt-hour meter could be judged accurately.Secondly, a fusion method of machine vision technology and pattern recognition technology was proposed to solve the problem of robot supe state. In this method, the original images were pre-processed by using machine vision technology to extract the feature information of images. Then the features were classified by using pattern recognition technology, so that the supe state of watt-hour meter could be judged accurately.Finally, the connection state and supe state detection module were developed and implemented with watt-hour meter auto-verification system. The research result of this paper has been applied in the workshop for a period of time and has a good response. |
