Nowadays, smart TV becomes more popular in consumer market. The requirement for viewing experience of smart TV is also increased. Not only need support 4K resolution, for better viewing experience, the seamless technology also need be supported during playing network streams.The seamless technology in smart TV, is a new technology of automatically change the signal resolutions and dynamically control the video processing IP blocks. The purpose of this technology is playing the movie continuously and smoothly, no need aware of the network variance change. For technology, it based on the related video processing technologies to achieve the requirement. The research of this thesis is mainly focused on the video processing algorithms design for meet seamless requirements. The thesis proposes one of the approaches of seamless video processing application. And based on the data process flow, proposes some video post processing technologies, include temporal domain detection algorithms, spatial domain detection algorithms, and video enhancement algorithms. According to the evaluation targets and requirements of seamless, the experimental results get summarized and analyzed.The algorithm of this thesis proposed can match the expectation by seamless application of smart TV, and provides a great viewing experience. |
