Fast-developing information techniques have provided people with a variety of facilities, but also led to some problems. These problems include system recovery and data recovery after the operation system crashes,etc.. System recovery means that the system cannot be started normally so that certain software should be used for system and data recovery. Since Windows is the most widely-used desktop operation system, how to recover it has become one of the hotspot research issues.Currently, some data recovery tools cannot efficiently recover data when the system cannot be started. Light disks, USB mobile hard mobile disk drive and other relevant storage tools are required during data recovery. A Windows recovery system based on customized design and Android-x86 is designed and implemented, through which Windows system can be efficiently recovered.The main contribution of this dissertation is described as follows.1. In response to relevant demands, a featuring dual-system start-up and a wimlib-based function recovery are put forward in this dissertation. A Windows recovery system based on Android-x86 is designed and implemented for recovery of Windows system when it goes wrong. The dual-system start-up recovery recovers Windows system through the recovery of mirror automatic download, mirror SHA1 code verification, partition and mirror selection. In this way, the problem sources are isolated. Besides, during the recovery process, no other media are required, which is convenient for users.2. During the system recovery process, specific Linux applications are required. This dissertation analyzes specific Linux applications to be operated on Android-x86, and puts forward a dependent package design plan. The dissertation also designs and realizes quick distribution of Linux applications through the dependent analytic system. The dependent files for Linux applications can be acquired through the dependent analytic system, and the dependent package can be automatically generated. In this way, customized recovery of Windows system based on Android-x86 is efficiently realized. Besides, Linux applications can be directly operated in the target system without installation, and the requirement of space and transplant time is optimized.3. According to the above two systems, recovery of Windows7, Windows8 and Windows10 is adopted as cases to further test and analyze the research findings of this dissertation. The correct recovery results suggest that the recovery system is valid. Besides, the usability of the dependent analytic system is tested, and the dependent analytic system is compared with the static linking application in terms of their time efficiency. Results show that the dependent package generated by the dependent analyzer and stored in Android-x86 can be successfully used, and its time efficiency is much higher than the static linking application's.
