Design And Implementation Of The Educaition System Of Fangshan District Information Management System For Voluntary Service

As the concept of establishing a harmonious society occurring, volunteer service level has become an important embodiment of social civilization. In order to make the volunteer service has higher degree of mass participation, relying mainly on lot, activity type traditional way of volunteer service activities, must be developed to the direction of network, standardization, specialization. Volunteer service information system is the volunteer service management platform established based on the internet.For achieving the efficient management of Fangshan district adult education system volunteer service, this research is designed and built to volunteer, volunteer groups and projects as the adult education system of fangshan district volunteer service information management system's main body. This study started with theinformation management system's requirement analysis from three major functions and six main business functions; then, with the design of J2 EE development specification, thissystem is segmented into three subsystems including volunteer management, volunteer projects' management and volunteer organization management in-detail design respectively; on the foundation of system's design, it realized management functions of volunteers, volunteer group and volunteer project in Fangshan district adult education system volunteer service information management system and realized the business functions including recruiting, permissions and distributions etc; finally, the functions and performances of the volunteer service management system are tested with two ways ofthe white box and black box, and the results showed that the whole system was highly real-time,integrity and accuracy to meet the design requirements.The establishing of the volunteer service information management system is beneficial to the comprehensive promotion of the adult education system and the scientific, institutionalization, standardization and informationization developing of Fangshan district adult education system volunteer service work. Will help volunteer project implementation of scientific and complete; It will faciliate the volunteer groups to manage the volunteers; It will be great convenience for the volunteers to find interested in volunteer groups, participate in meaningful volunteer service.
