Analysis And Design Of Information Management System For Adult Education Students In Colleges And Universities

This paper focuses on the student management activities of adult education in Colleges and universities,and analyses and designs the student management system of adult education.With the development of computer technology and Internet application,the scale of adult education students is growing.Under this situation,adult education in Colleges and universities has developed rapidly,which makes the management of adult education students more and more arduous,and the difficulty and complexity of management are greatly increased.Therefore,in order to improve work efficiency and promote the standardization,scientificalization and informationization of adult higher education management,based on the characteristics of adult education student management in Colleges and universities,this paper combines the current situation of adult education student management in Colleges and universities,and proceeds from the urgent needs of adult education student management,analyses and designs the student information management system for adult education in Colleges and universities.This paper takes the Adult Education Student Management System of Jiaying College of Civil Engineering as an example.The system adopts Browser/Server mode as its architecture,and uses Microsoft Office Access office software,SAP Power Designer database design,Eclipse development platform and JAVA language as its key technologies to develop.This provides a technical theoretical basis for the system design.Then the system mainly centers on seven modules: user rights management,student information management,teacher management,course selection management,student attendance management,financial management,graduation and employment management.Based on non-functional requirements(security requirements,stable reliability requirements,easy maintenance requirements),the system needs analysis,including application system structure and security architecture.It lays a foundation for the outline design of system platform architecture,businessarchitecture and deployment scheme,so as to prepare for the better detailed design of the system and the gradual completion of the design of each functional module of the system.The design of this paper covers all aspects of the whole cycle management of students from enrollment to employment,and covers various functions with student management as the core,such as student management,curriculum management,examination room management,performance management and other functional modules.Finally,through the conceptual structure design,logical structure design and finally get the results of the physical design of the database of the student information management system,the problem of data designability of the student information management system is solved,which lays the foundation for the realization of the system.The realization of the system solves the problems in the management of adult education students in Colleges and universities,strengthens the consideration of the system in the aspects of comprehensive inquiry and analysis,makes more efficient use of various resources,processes complex information,provides help for the management of adult education students,provides timely,accurate,comprehensive and applicable data for managers,and liberates the staff from the tedious manual work.Reduce the labor intensity of staff,improve work efficiency,at the same time improve the maintainability of the system,strengthen the flexibility of the system,promote the improvement of the professional quality,management level and efficiency of various managers of adult education,make the management of adult education students more scientific,standardized and informationized.So as to improve the management level of adult education students in the whole school,it is bound to play an important role in the development of adult education.
