With the innovation of Internet technology, the application based on the Web developed rapidly. The same or similar Web service on the Internet becomes more and more, the internet users can access to the Web service at any time. It is precisely because of the growing demand for service, the requirements of users to the quality of Web services are getting higher and higher. In addition to the functional requirements of Web services to meet their demand, but also the non-functional requirements of Web services. Common service non-functional attributes such as price, reliability, availability, etc. Due to the different user's preference on the same service are different, so the user's demand for services showing a personalized features. For example, a service S can meet both user U1 and user U2's demand, but user U1 is more concerned about the price of service S, while user U2 is more concerned about the reliability of service S. Therefore we need to distinguish and evaluate the non-functional attributes of the services for the users can pick out the service that meets their personality preference.Aiming at the problems that services and user's preference does not match existing in web service selection, a Q-similarity computing model is given. A Trustworthy Service Selection Based on Personality Preference method is put forward. Abstracting the QoS attribute matrix according to user's demand, then normalize the QoS matrix according to the type of the attribute. Pick out the service that can meet user's preferences most by calculating the Q-similarity of the normalized QoS matrix and the vector of user's preferences. At the same time, the service evaluation mechanism is introduced to guarantee the credibility of the service. Experimental results show that the proposed method can pick out the service which is more consistent with the user's personality preference, and the selected service can be true and reliable.
