In the course of operation, household appliances will produce electromagnetic radiation. Although Science Popularization have been spreading that electromagnetic radiation does no harm to human body, the public is still misunderstanding it. Meanwhile, Chinese radiation-protection industry is still growing. It is essential to study the reports of "electromagnetic radiation" on the internet, as network media is an important channel for Science Communication. Sina is an important representative of the network media. Through the analysis of Sina's reports, it is found that its News Frame biases Risk Framework. In addition, it is a lack of original reports and the source of news. And the expression of the information is dull. What's more, the news with commercial intention and Fear Framework are widespread. Overall the reports'misconduct exists in the view that electromagnetic radiation does harm to the human body, the lack of explanation of the principle of electromagnetic radiation, the contrary to the principle of News Reality, the attention to spread the issue are not paid enough and the reports are used to serve commercial interests. The four factors which lead to the misconduct of Sina's reports of "electromagnetic radiation" are the journalists, the media system, the news sources and the commercial intention. The Content Analysis researched the News Frame of Sina's reports of "electromagnetic radiation" and the Contrast Experiment further studied the Audience Framework and the influence of the News Framework to the Audience Framework. The result of the experiment shows that the Audience Framework and the News Framework consistent basically and the report can affect the audience's awareness, attitude and behavior to electromagnetic radiation. Therefore, Sina and all of the network media affected the public's misunderstanding of electromagnetic radiation. The network media have the social responsibility and it is their duty to promote the level of Scientific Communication and the communication of electromagnetic radiation.
