JiaJing "HeJian Government Record", a total of 28 volumes, was a governmental record of Ming dynasty. The writers were Gao Xiang and Fan Shen. It was the first record that has completely handed down among HeJian region. Writers recorded HeJian region in sixteen detailed outlines,including geographical, political, literary and historical information.Because of detailed content, the information in this record was richer than other local governmental records. So it was of high value to research. Currently there is few paper specializing in JiaJing so that the value of record hasn't been developed.We can study many aspects of this record. This article mainly involves in information value of the JiaJing HeJian Government Record. This article firstly studys the process of writing and the life experiences of writers. More important, the article concludes the publication was in JiaJing twent-two instead of nineteen which was recorded in many books.This article mainly introduces two parts of information value of the book : To pick up the thirty-five poets' seventy poems of Yuan,Ming Dynasty that not collected in any kind of woks.Baesd on this, the article arranges life experiences of poets and their wok.; to provide collation for Qu You, Du Ben and others' poem. In the end, writer correct the many mistakes in the record, such as took author Liu Yin for two men, the nationality of Qu You for Song Dynasty and Ao Wenrui for Yao Wenrui. And the clerical error such as “TUMENGUAN” for“YUMENGUAN”, missed one sentence of <Cang Zhou Cheng> of Qu You and mistook Jing Dynasty for Song in poem publication.To sum up, in this paper, writer read lots of the relating papers in order to maximize information value. So we can fill the blank of the Ming dynasty poems of JiYi on one hand,on the other hand, provide a method to correct mistakes in other books.
