| With the development of information technology and wide use of it, the improvement of enterprise competition depends more on the capability of handling information. Many enterprises boost the business management and service through informationization, because the most of them establish the information systems individually, the enterprises build different systems into many "island of information" . Meanwhile, many non-structure data existed while a lot of companys were managed without systemic management. So the key of competition was managing and developing inner and outer information. Now we import the concept of ECM. The enterprise information construct and enterprise portal management includes enterprise content management (ECM) which use advanced technology of computer and collect manage release the all kinds of abstract data. In order to improve the competition of enterprise, enterprises were offered useful tools to optimization and decision-making.Firstly, the thesis analyzed the issues which appear in the process of present enterprises' information and then tell how to solve the problem through Portal technology. Then the thesis gave a research of the software technology which based on the Portal by using Portlet container.On the other hand, the thesis introduced the concept of Enterprise Content Management, which is and entire process of managing, producing, updating and discovering useful content, in which digital assets is transformed into useful content, thus may extracts more return-on-investment from content assets. ECM can collect manage transfer increment the digital assets include structural and semi-structural. Meanswhile, it can integrate the structural information into BI environment. In the end, ECM will make optimization of value-chain come ture. Now the cooperation software appeared.Finally, the thesis introduces the issue and flow, which would happen in the process of development and realized the development of ECM base-on the Portal. |
