The Design And Implement Of Taxi Operation Data Analysis System

With the sharp rise of the population and vehicle quantity in the city, traffic pressure grow day by day, which results in the deterioration of road traffic conditions and the reduce of taxi operating efficiency. However, traditional means such as vehicle limit,number control and traffic facilities don't have matched the rapid development of economy and traffic.Therefore, applying high technology to ease the city road network has emerged as pressure idea.To satisfy the above requirments,This paper will study main technologies of taxi operation real-time online analysis based on taxi GPS data and OpenStreetMap data,autonomously design and develop TaxiOperationCockpit(TOC),main parts list as follwing:(1) It proposes total design proposal of TOC based on HANA platform,which efficiently manages and analyse the taxi operation data.(2) It proposes zone-matching method based on traffic zone dividing technology and Bresenham Algorithm,which solves the problem that GPS data matches with traffic zone.Study the map matching technology and propose the pan that using Acute Projection Matching Algorithm to solve the problem that taxi location matches with road segment.To get main fields such as order income and distance,it matches IC card data with orders of TOC system based on main fields such as license plate and get_on_time.(3) It proposes city taxi operation index appraisal system to quantify taxi's spatial and temporal characteristics,which is able to measure taxi operation status and efficency.(4) It studies how to simulate taxi price after adjustment and proposes solutions to do simulation job based on analysis view,which can verify the accuracy of price formula and parameter setup based on order data before adjustment and verify the accuracy of business logic based on order data after adjustment.(5) Design and implement TOC prototype system,verify the rationality and feasibility of technical solutions proposed by this paper through necessary system test and analysis of TOC's functional modules.From results of system test,we can see that TOC meets requirments of business function and performance,which efficiently solves problems including basic index analysis,spatial and temporal analysis,congestion analysis and price simulation.TOC is able to offer great help for taxi operation data analysis,management and simulation and play a role as decision support tools for city taxi mangement department.
