With the rapid development of the Internet, more and more companies choose to use the Internet to promote their brand image, increase sales opportunities and improve after-sales services in order to improve the compe titiveness of enterprises. In the light of needs of the company, this paper chose PHP back-end technology as the development technique, which extraordinarily developed these years, combining with SHVC lightweight framework, which is based on the MVC design pattern, to designed and implemented a management system for electric vehicle charging-pile. This system makes the charging-pile have more convenient application in addition to the charging function. It achieved the function of user information management, real-time tracking and mobile-phone payment, reservation charge and convenient mobile operation.This paper first analysised the problems of existing charging-pile management system, including performance problems and inconveniences during the operation. O n this basis, we added user information management module into the system. C harging-pile management system was based on SHVC —a lightweight framework based on MVC design, which divided the system into four modules: data management, user information management, right management and communication management. Aiming at these problems, we chose LQ1001 GPRS module as the communication instrument; using VC++ Socket multi- threaded programming technology to implemented the data receiving and sending, using open so urce back-end script language PHP as the programming language, dividing the system into four layers according to the requirement of the lightweight framework SHVC. As a result of these improvements, the system works more stable and has a higher data query rate. Considering the types of the data in the system and the logic analysis, we chose MySQL as the database.Finally, the test showed that the new system not only meets the basic functions, it 's performance also has a big promotion. In which, the CPU utilization reduced from 15% to 7%, the number of PHP files in the system has reduced from 95 to 79, and the directory structure was more clear and perspicuity, also, the data query time was reduced about 23% in contrast to the previous system, which did not use any framework. At last, the new adding User Management Module was perfect for what the company required.
