In the existed DC drive,usually using semi-control devices-SCR to constitute a DC speed control system,but the SCR off is uncontrollable,so it affects the system's fast,lowing the power factor and increasing the power pollution.In view of these problems,combined with Xi'an xx Industrial Technology Co.Ltd.about "the technological transformation of DC drive system in radar system " project,I designed a small and medium power DC drive system.The system is mainly developed using diode rectifier and IGBT chopping,with the control motor dedicated DSP chip LF2407 A generates PWM to control the IGBT turn on and off,which makes the rectified DC voltage into the size,the polarity can be variable,is very convenient and fast.Because the IGBT is a kind of full control type switching device that switch characteristic is good and the reliability is high,which makes the reliability,the fastness and the power factor of the system to be ameliorated when it combined with the diode rectifier circuit.At the same time in order to be able to observe the working state of the motor visually and can be operated in intricate conditions,making STM32 communicate with the DSP and using interface advantages of STM32,which can set different parameters,with different loads,to achieve different functions and the system work better,the motor start,run protection and speed control functions can achieve in one.In this paper,the design of the hardware platform and the basic experiment of the initial principle prototype are completed.The main work of this paper is as follows: Firstly,the whole conceptual design and principle are analyzed,confirmed the scheme,the simulation model is established by SIMULINK and the simulation result of the main circuit topology is given.Then the hardware and software design scheme of the system are introduced.The hardware part mainly designs the main circuit topology and selection,power board,detection circuit,part of the drive circuit and the application circuit of STM32.The software design part mainly includes the master program of the system,the generation program of PWM,the subroutine of fault protection,the A/D conversion subroutine,Control algorithm program,STM32 display interface subroutine design.After the design of the system has been completed,the software and hardware are debugged separately.Finally,debugged the system and the experimental results show that the design of the system work reliably and meet the basic requirements,which verify the feasibility of the design and lay the foundation for further product stereotypes and production.
