With the mobile internet technology developing and smart wearable device popularity, it is possible to realize nursing care the old people remotely. Most smart wearable devices on the market are based on Bluetooth 4.0 version which focus on instant message reminder. However, this kind of device has to be supported by smart phone to communicate and data transition. It is little complicated for the aged. How to balance above both become a new subject.This article first introduces the detailed functions of the endowment monitor devices comparing the previous products with a systematic understanding for endowment monitor business development. Secondly it introduces an endowment monitor terminal system based on the author's rich experience in wearable projects and the marketing demands.There are four functions for this system: networking and data parser, key data acquisition, Monitoring extended functionality, and human-computer interaction connector. It also expands the function of short message interception and reply, emergency call, taking medicine and etc, which makes the active and passive monitoring service become reality and enriches the system function.Thirdly this article introduces the hardware structure and software framework based on MTK platform used in this system, and how the terminal system software was designed and implemented, including human-computer interaction interface, network module, collection module, the short message interception processing module, a key to call and taking medicine notification. There are key technologies to solve problems. First it introduces the acceleration sensor as auxiliary to identify the user behavior, which can control the unloading times for main position and opening of the heart rate data. As a result, it reduces the power consumption and extends the standby time. Secondly, the key data cache transfer technology makes the key data will not be lost after upload failure because of the network, which ensures the integrity of the data and makes the data statistics and become more accurate and effective.At last, it verifies the feasibility and stability of the system operation through strict functional and performance testing.In the end, the system software successfully passes every kind of tests. It makes the monitoring data more complete and effective by the advantage of reducing data loss and power consumption. Consequently it gets excellent response from the end users after it is launched in the market.
