Packet Interception Technology Research Of Filewall Under Windows

Firewall is a kind of effective defencemeasure for network security and has been used in any types of networks. On the market though most products' functions of firewall are quite strong at present, they are based on below hypotheses, which the inner network is safe and reliable, and all the threats are from the outer network. Most hosts have not placed themselves under the protection of inner security network during users are in network. The personal Internet user mostly uses windows OS, and the system security, itself is not high. And various kinds of Windows loophole are being announced constantly, attack of the host computer is more and more, too. Then to protect the secure communication of the host computers, it is very necessary to develop a effective technology of the intercepted packet of firewall. This thesis introduces the theory of firewall's knowledge and focuses on analyseing technology of the intercepted packet of windows and the packet filtering algorithms of QS , for the shortcomings of QS's algorithm, we bring forward an algorithm based on double-decker filtering MQS methods. Then proceed to the detailed design and realization of the firewall system. According to the system testing, we can get he performance evaluation. After the test, it is correct and feasible that we have raised an algorithm based on double-decker filtering MQS.
