High-speed camera to measure optical measurement system as a means of defense and now range in routine testing and large-scale flight test is more widely used. Previous manual interpretation can not be solved automatic target detection and tracking, while commonly used test methods can only get a two-dimensional displacement, velocity and other motion parameters, and therefore the image processing and testing methods will greatly affect the interpretation of the efficiency, accuracy and reliability. In this case, the researchers moving target detection and tracking, and high-speed camera for further testing methods to provide more useful information for the flight test has very important significance.Firstly, brief introduction to the history of development of optical testing technology, a systematic review of the development of a variety of optical test equipment, lists the advantages and disadvantages of different optical test equipment. Focuses on the high-speed camera as the main equipment of optical test system, detailing its composition and theory.This paper proposes and implements a moving target detection method based on the difference image, the method takes advantage of the symmetry of the target in the difference image, without the normal image desired image matching links, with a high degree of automation, strong anti-interference ability and other background noise advantages.Through high-speed camera test on automatic target tracking algorithm to validate the use of the Heart-shaped plume and small achieve automatic target tracking, and verified by experiment, while the automatic tracking feature regions were studied and compared three features tracking performance area, considering the priority area and recommend solutions.Finally, high-speed cameras to study the three-dimensional test methods, measurement methods are discussed in detail the midpoint of the target position of image processing parameters and body posture target parameters, combined with research and testing examples introduced the application and effect of the three-dimensional testing method.
