In the space laser communications, optical system plays an important role, and the optical film is a crucial part in the optical system. Therefore, design and fabrication an optical film to meet the specific requirement has great significance. In this paper, based on the actual usage, for 808 nm and 1550 nm two special operating band, selecting Ti3O5 and SiO2 as high/low refractive index material, with TFCalc film design software, and using Needle and Simplex optimization method to realize the design of double band-pass filter film, which at 808 nm and 1550 nm has high transmission, and at 510~780 nm, 835~1500nm, 1600~1700 nm has high reflection. Based on experiential results, utilize inversion optimization and interactive analysis methods of TFCalc software to simulate the actual thickness of each layer, analysis the thickness error and adjust the structure of the film.Using electron beam with ion assisted deposited technology to fabricate the filter film. After environmental testing, the prepared filter film meets the actual requirement.
