With the rapid development of networking technology, instance of Things technology innovation of traditional technology more and more.Forest environment plays an important role in controlling the Earth' ecological balance. At present, forest monitoring works mainly on its area and vegetation coverage, but stays immaturity in environmental monitoring. It's of important significance in designing a sensing system that could real time monitor multi forest environmental factors, because there are problems of less monitoring factors, high detection consideration and limited applications in traditional forest monitoring equipment.Forest monitoring for high environmental costs, perceived environmental factors single, real-time transmission of data can not be perceived other issues, based IOT technology, this paper has designed a sensing system that can timely transfer the data of forest environment location, temperature and dust concentration to the remote computer terminal by LTE wireless communication network.The system has adopted Zynq chip of Xilinx company as the core processor, according to the research of forest environment sensing system hardware architectures. As to the Zynq interface features, combined with sensing sensor features, a sensing system architecture including multi sensing node has been designed, IP cores,driving and data acquisitionuser's software of every sensing node has also been designed,and the system was subjected to sensory data extraction, integration and processing stored in the register. Combined with LTE communication interface module, the hardware system of communication module accessing to Zynq has been designed. As instruction of communication transmission, the software of realizing the wireless transmission function has also been researched and designed. Also according to the data transmission, a packing traditional data format based on JSON protocol has been designed. Due to the joining of sensing and communication module, minimized embedded Linux operating system based on Zynq has been designed. According to the architecture of sensing platform and the features of communication system, these two functional module have been integrated to Zynq processing platform, which realized the integration of sensing system. Also the test of sensing function test,LTE connectivity test and data transmission test of forest sensing system.This system has realized the purpose of real time sensing forest multi environmental factors remotely.
