The Design And Implementation Of Supervision And Management System Based On Data Warehouse

With the continuous expansion of public security business scale, as well as the continuous development of information technology, traditional supervision mechanism of discipline inspection commission in public security bureau can not catch up with the current public security business informationization level. The supervision and management system came into being according to the supervision information requirement.Each public security business units, such as population unit, and fire control unit, has aggregated business information to the intelligence center,which provides data support for construction supervision and management system. The data of the supervision management system come from different database selection of a variety of business units.Data source of data warehouse is divided into 6 major theme domain by building the data warehouse subject model, logical model,and physical model.The system builds star logic model based on 6 major theme domains and achieves the physical storage of logical model in the database.Meanwhile,the system extracts,converts and loads the data of source business system into the data warehouse through the ETL tool combined with data warehouse model. The construction of data warehouse has realized the unified specification of multi-source heterogeneous data.The supervision and management system in the bureau is finished which based on MVC(Model-View-Controller) design idea and Spring and Hibernate lightweight J2 EE framework technology,. This system achieved the arrangement of moniroting rules and early warning of problem data, through two subsystems, which are monitoring service subsystem and the early warning management subsystem, and nine modules, which are definition module, monitoring strategy management module, monitoring task management module, monitoring log query module, source monitoring system module, supporting module data table set module, work tooltips module, early warning module, and supervisory management module.Currently, the supervision and management system has been in use.This system achieves 149 monitoring points from 15 business systems of 5 units, its overall performance meets business needs, and has effectively improved the supervision and realized the information management of construction a clean and honest administration.
