It set up an effective platform for the companies and the students, and is of realistic meaning for the connection of the colleges and companies.This article mainly has some research on the international recruitment management systems, reports the national current employment channels, investigates the human resources of the companies and the employment situation of the students. It is finally decided to register, check, upload the information of the government, colleges and students onto the information platform, realize the information open and sharing between users through network, and provide information survey, talents storage, interactive communication and cooperation between the colleges and companies.The system is mainly based on PHPCMS V9 content management system, APACHE running environment, with PHP developing language, and MySQL database, delivering through WEB, providing role customization service, which matches the training part, employment management process, company talents library and student talent library, as well as the talent employment functions. By data integration, service integration, it provides intelligent service application for various users and roles, realizing talents switching and information sharing.The system adopts rack server to process and store the data, processing big data calculation to ensure rapid response. It publishes various data through network realtimely for the user to survey and realize the information sharing.
