| In this paper, an industrial equipment IoT(Internet of Things) management and control system based on the organic integration of WSN and GSM technologies was proposed to achieve industrial equipment and industrial environmental intelligent monitoring. The core sensing technologies for industrial equipment IoT management and control system were researched in this paper. The hardware of the network nodes were designed and on the basis of WSN (wireless sensor network) embedded operation system TinyOS, the programs of information collection, processing and transmission for the nodes were written, routing protocol in the network was researched. In this paper, the main works are as follows:After the analysis of the industrial field monitoring requirements, The overall scheme of the control system was presented, and the composition and work method of the information perception system were introduced in detail; The hardware design for network nodes were completed, including the wireless collectors, the wireless controller, the wireless gateway and the base station.Based on the hardware abstraction architecture and component design model in TinyOS, the program of wireless acquisition was written, which was used for getting basic information about industrial equipment and industrial environment. The program of wireless controller was written to control the execution equipment and get the status information. The programs of other nodes (such as wireless gateway and base station) were also written for data processing and transmiting.The reliable routing protocol ReInForM was choosen to be implemented based on TinyOS, after the analysis and comparison of some reliable routing protocols. Taking into account the energy consumption, an energy optimization ReInForM routing protocol was designed and analyzed to balance network load.At last, the nodes in this system were tested, and wireless acquisition, wireless controller, wireless gateway and base station all passed the tests of Nanjing Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute; The self-organizing routing algorithm was simulated by TOSSIM and tested in the lab environment, the results shown that the algorithm was effective and could meet system reliability requirement.This subject’s research achievements adopted emerging technologies, methods, and theories, and it can be used for industrial equipment monitoring and environmental, agriculture or other occasions monitoring, diagnosis, early warning and emergency response control. |
