The phenomenon of "Paid news" has been more than 30 years time.During the period,various measures were implemented to fight against this melignant facts.Unfortunately,the "Paid news" was not gone and became more serious. In view of this, I try to analyze the "Paid news" phenomenon in the percpective of the ethics and then get the practical countermeasures.The "Paid news" mentioner in this paper,is definited in a broard sense.It is about the behaviours of that the news agencies and practitioners to get benifit by deminate the coversation when they are doing the news gathering and reporting activities.The concept also includes the "paid not news" and the "News extortion" forms. Case analysis and semi-structured interviews will be used in this thesis and We will have a qualitative analysis on the Interview materials.The structure of this thesis is as follows:First of all, by reviewing the existing literature, the thesis puts forward the research questions and innovation, which are based on the ethical theory and analyzes the "Paid news" phenomenon through the news workers' s reality scene.Secondly, citing the consequence ethical theory, through the analysis of the "Chen Yongzhou incident" and "The case of 21 CBH ”, combined with the interview feedback materials, the thesis analyzes the causes of the "Paid news". From the egoism, the main reason for the "Paid news" is that news practitioners, media units and others are drived by their own interests. From the utilitarian point of view, the main reason is that news practitioners, media units and other stakeholders maximize the overall interests of the network.Finally, based on the perspective of ethical deontology theory, this thesis analyzes that the "Paid news"contrarys to the moral "good". And it summarizes the damage toinside and outside of News industry which caused by the "Paid news.Then the thesis puts forward targeted countermeasures from the consequences and the deontological perspective.
