At first, the CdZnTe detector including working principles, characteristics, application areas and development trends is introduced, so a system of detector understanding can be got.And then some aspects of nuclear electronic noise, including principles of the type of noise and the noise of the devices are also introduced. On the basis of the above theory, the impact of noise parameters is analyzed in order to find methods of suppressing noise.Then after nuclear electronics shaping filter circuits are systematically expounded, the principle of each part and the analysis calculation of the circuit are described. Two type of shaping circuits are simulated, comparing with the theoretical analysis, the reason of the results is analyzed as well. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages of the circuits are concluded.Low-noise amplifier including charge-sensitive amplifier and main amplifier are developed, through analyzing the performances of CdZnTe detector and considering the noise characteristics of the circuits. At room temperature, energy resolution of the detection system with a 5 mm×5 mm×5 mm discriminator grade Cd ZnTe detector and nuclear electronic circuit is better than 4% to the 662 keV137 Cs ?-ray.Finally a parallel data acquisition and processing system for multi-channel scattering is established on a FPGA by using Verilog HDL language. Throughout the whole process of data acquisition, according to the different commands that PC sends to the FPGA, 53 channels data can be acquired and transmitted parallel and synchronously.
