Antenna alignment technology and alignment device has very important significance on the modern communication. The tilt angle parameter measurement is essential in the alignment of the antenna. The measurement precision of the tilt angle parametersfor antenna alignment completed quickly and accurately two aspects have played a crucial role. So how to improve the tilt angle measurement accuracy is a key technology research of alignment device antenna.This paper designs a measurement system based on micro accelerometer and microprocessor, the system has high accuracywith digital output interface. Firstly, the paper analysis and research by using the principle of micro accelerometer inclination angle measurement. The physical model and the mathematical model are focused on the study of angle measurement based on differential capacitance accelerometer. Secondly, according to the constitution of system,research and design of some function modules in detail,including the power supply unit, a sensitive unit,analog to digital conversion circuit, processor and interface etc. Then, according to the characteristics of the hardware platform,design the inclination angle measurement system softwarework flow.And several digital signal processing methods have beenanalysed, then the signalhas been processed used of digital filtering algorithm. Finally, it has constructed system testing platform and the platform has been tested. Research on the theory and method of error of curve fitting, through software method correctthe output of system to solve nonlinear problems. The output characteristics have been improved and the causes of error have been analysed.In this paper, it has been designedsuccessful the tilt angle of measurement system prototype based onmicro accelerometer.The system output error is small,and the precision of the system indexcan meet the use requirements.Lay the foundation for the development of the products. Provide technical support for key components of antenna alignment platform.
