With control developing towards complex network control, the system designers not only need to solve the underlying real-time control problem, but also need to solve management optimization and other comprehensive automation problems brought by upper information integration. The high energy consumption characteristic of textile factory, decides that it must pay attention to energy conservation issues. Therefore, this paper researches on a textile enterprise energy information management optimization issue, designs and implements an energy management information system. This system could automatically collect energy data, statistically analyze the main production factors which have impact on energy consumption, and predict energy consumption. In this way, it provides computer-aided decision supports for the company to choose orders and rationalize production from the angle of saving energy.Firstly, this paper analyzes problems existing on the textile enterprise energy management, makes clearly of system developing targets, divides the entire energy management information system into Energy Collecting & Monitoring Subsystem and Energy Information Comprehensive Management Subsystem, and designs the functions of both subsystems. Secondly, this paper makes the overall design on the Energy Collecting & Monitoring Subsystem. It divides the subsystem into measurement acquisition layer, process control layer and monitoring & management layer, a three-layer architecture. It chooses hardware for each layer. Also it chooses the configuration software and designs function as the monitoring & management layer.Then, this paper chooses SQL Server 2008 R2 as the database management system. It designs the data warehouse and the database of Energy Information Comprehensive Management Subsystem according the steps of requirements analysis, conceptual design, logical design and physical design. The data warehouse regularly extracts, transforms and loads data from SCADA database, production scheduling system database, equipment system database and product system database, as the original database of Energy Information Comprehensive Management Subsystem. The database of Energy Information Comprehensive Management Subsystem serves for energy statistics, analysis, prediction, and the other functions.In addition, this paper conducts a study on energy prediction, proposes an energy prediction method suitable for textile enterprise based on BP neutral network. Firstly, the main production factors, which have impact on textile enterprise energy consumption, are analyzed. On the basis of this, the prediction framework based on BP neutral network is established. Secondly, it uses the energy sample data, and chooses the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm to conduct learning and training, and then obtains the energy prediction model. Lastly, the test results show that the model can predict the energy consumption accurately enough. Thereby it can provide effective assistant decision support for selecting orders and arranging production.Finally, this paper realizes by programming the energy information integrated subsystem. The system bases on a C/S structure, using C# in the foreground, using SQL Server for background, and using mixed programing of C# and Matlab for the intelligent algorithm. The paper gives the system designs principles, and uses several representative examples to illustrate the main design ideas and the implementation process of program development.
