Time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA) is a new generational non-radioactivity immunoassay. It has wide application and bright foreground in biotechnology and clinical detection, liquid phase TRFIA system can not applied in fluorescence imaging. DNA chip et al., its applications are badly limited.In this thesis, the methods of TRFIA used in clinical detection were introduced in details at first, as well as the characteristics of emission spectrum of lanthanide chelates. In order to overcome the shortage of liquid phase TRFIA system, based on the spectrum characteristics of the rare earth ions labeled chelates, including fluorescence spectra, fluorescence lifetime,excited wavelength,emission wavelength. An electro-optical detect system was designed, which consist of chosing excited resource,using PMT and photosensitive diode as receiving and triggering wares. In the experiment,we decide an focusing,filtering and prismatic optical system,adopt boxcar pulse sampling technology,and then synchronously trigger,set delay time,realize date acquisition and display,Make correlated fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime detect experiments.
