In recent years, the domestic variety show filled with television screens,but the most popular was undoubtedly the star of a reality show. In ?RunningMan???Dad,Where Are We Going?? ?I AM SINGER? as the representative of all kinds of super reality show attracted a lot of attention and participation of the audience.Combining traditional TV media and new media, and in the audience of sensory stimulation and unprecedented consumer experience, but also a great sense of involvement and activation of the master conscious audience. So that the audience is no longer just a passive spectator, but you can customize the program to participate in the interaction among. Today, to meet and satisfy the needs of the audience to become a key element of most television producers who consensus and influence the audience in television program production process play is also growing. At present, most scholars study will focus on the subject of TV stars on the reality show itself, and the audience in the dissemination of increasingly powerful position and influence should be even more attention, the audience focus on the motivation of the TV reality show star, and behavior attitude will directly determine their future survival and development.In this paper, we will start study demographic reality show star,questionnaire design and survey, a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the combination of the psychological needs of the audience summed up the characteristics of the star and TV reality show problems and research the results used in the future development of the program's recommendations.Quantitative data results show that: a motive for TV audiences reality show star attention more intense, the higher the frequency of its program of interest,concern each time longer, while concerned about the number of times the program is also more. Star reality show audience need to understand the different psychological needs, those needs have a choice, there are plans to meet the audience will be able to enhance the audience's attention on the program. Second, the positive attitude of the audience for television reality show star attention of audience behavior concerns some of the impact, which the audience subjective emotional attitude certainly have a strong positive impact on the audience focus on behavior, that audience satisfaction of emotional needs more high, the attitude of the program as possible, its programs focus on the higher frequencies, each concerned about the longer time, the program also concerned about the number of times more. TV reality show star needs to establish a good public relations image in the minds of the audience, which attract more audience attention, improve program ratings have a direct help. Third, the higher the educational level of the audience, its negative attitudetowards the television reality show star, the more obvious.
