Royal hanging plate line is a automatic transportation line, in addition to the necessary CNC machining equipment, including the machining of guiding, conveying, flip, temporary storage, and stacking yards stacking operations such as many kinds of transport machinery. Guide transportation is the basis of entire royal hanging plate line, the key of automatic processing line is ensuring the workpiece according to the scheduled track transportation to designated location. At present, the domestic production and processing is stranded on the manual and semi-automatic production levels generally, because of the guiding transportation has many problems to be solved in the process of transportation. It can act as an important barrier of poor transportation effect, unstable performance of guiding parts and easy to damage deformation. The key problem, has to solve in study, is researching the guiding transportation of guiding conveyor on royal hanging plate line, the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) The tape drive widely used for short distance transportation machinery, but the royal hanging plate line is adopted chain transmission for its has certainly corrosivity. According to the characteristics and its transmission oriented transport requirements, determined the reasonable guide angle;(2) Oriented transportation problem by the method of experiment to determine a reasonable guide roller 12°, reduced the body of the lateral size as far as possible under the premise of meeting the orientation transfer requirement, and make sure the collision angle in the scope of the orientation angle;(3) Used of Ansys Workbench14.5 LS-DYNA simulation analysis the original guiding bar and ceramic plate model. analyzed of the original square tube conducting bar can meet the demand of the actual production of the royal line hanging plate by deformation and failure characteristics, acceleration and the situation of the impact force;(4) Improved and optimized its structure based on the original article guide simulation analysis results, selected reasonable material for the new guide bar's main structure and conducted simulation analysis and calculation. Tested and verified its reliability of new guiding bar's main structure parts preliminary;(5) Established the collision model of the new guiding bar-ceramic plate, simulation analyzed the deformation and failure characteristics, acceleration and impact force size of the improved bar. Summarized the improved bar's performance and can meet the demand of practical production through contrasted the simulation analysis results in original guiding bar and the improved bar.Through the royal line hanging plate guide collision simulation analysis research, improved design the original guiding bar's structure, synthetically comparison analyzed its performance in various aspects, summed up the new conducting bar to meet production requirements, provided effective protection for royal hanging plate line's guiding transportation.
