This subject comes in audio-visual center of Southeast University who propose that design and development a set of supporting platform of teaching environment to enhance the multimedia classroom management level. It is required to have a set of classroom equipment management mechanism which suitable for different scenarios, including maintenance and management of equipment, tracking the whole life cycle of the classroom equipment, real-time acquisition of equipment status and dynamic authority management; and achieving unity user authentication interface docking according to the requirement of digital campus service system development environment and the unity interface; at the same time, developing standard communication protocols and completing the network communications between server and network card, network camera and network control server, establishing a set of common communication model and realizing the data reliable transmission. This paper mainly describe that the design and implementation of the server side of the information supporting platform for classroom teaching environment.According to the demand, the paper analyse the various functional business process in detail. This system is a web-based application development platform J2EE using B/S three-tier framework. Its system architecture is designed by the open source frameworks, such as SpringMVC, Hibernate, Bootstrap and so on. And having the overall planning about supporting platform of teaching environment, implementing all function modules according to the demand analysis; At the same time, According to three principles of database design paradigm, It design each entity and establish the corresponding relationship among the entities, completing the conceptual structure design and logical structure design of database, and focusing on the optimization of the Mysql database about the data table, the index and the SQL statement. This system introduced dynamic permission assignment model of role-based access control RBAC to solve the dynamic allocation problem of user permissions.The dissertation studys related communication network knowledge as well as the communication process of server and client, making standard communication protocols between application server and network card devices, network cameras and network control server, establishing a set of common communication mode, achieving the functions of card information acquisition, image acquisition and remote supervision about the operation of classroom equipment.The dissertation carried on theoretical research about image compression algorithm. After the analysis of the actual situation and the characteristics of supporting platform of teaching environment, the system choice the bilinear interpolation algorithm with anti aliasing and small amount calculation of non-edge adaptive algorithm. The image storage space is reduced greatly, so bilinear interpolation algorithm solved limited storage space problem.Finally, a system running environment between server and client system of supporting platform of teaching environment is setted up. It is verified the system has basically met the design requirements through the system unit test, module test and each of the communication terminals test.
