The One Card Campus Systems are kinds of the virtual platforms, based on the campus network environment, and the One Card Systems are application systems designed to service students and to make the managements in campuses more effective, what's more, the application of the One Card Systems will streamline the students'burden and inconvenience to carry cash in campus, as well as will make many other campus fund related managements easier such as the school's grants for students, students'hand-in fees, and schools'collection of various fees. The clearing system is the core of the whole One Card System, and is responsible for the running of the whole system. The successful functions of the whole systems depend on the good clearing systems. Therefore, the research on the One Card Campus Card Clearing System is extremely important.This article researches the One Card Clearing Systems in Zhenjiang Vocational Technical College. The One Card Campus System is an important part of the information construction in colleges, and it is the advanced part of the campus information technologies, what's more, it is one of the criteria to evaluate the degree of the campus information construction and it is the primary force to strengthen campus information technologies.This article investigates the current development of digital campus through the system analysis of the system requirements and the system functional requirements etc, and gives the detailed description of the overall system designing, the system architecture designing, and the system database designing.
