Recently,with the mine disasters occurred frequently,mine safety has become a global problem.To August 2010,there are 14 serious particularly accidents occurred in coal mines.SAWS claimed that there are the total of 1012 people who have died because of the coal mine accidents of China from January to May,and 4150 people have died this year.Each year thousands of Chinese coal miners died because of mine accidents,which make the coal industry become the most dangerous industries in China,so it is necessary to establish the coal mine safety management monitoring system.At present,most coal mines have been building a gas monitoring,ventilation testing,staff orientation,program-controlled telephones,video surveillance,mobile command and other systems and has been realized the basic application of coal mine production safety.However,the systems are independent,which have not integrated application of information and unified emergency command and dispatch.Therefore,an efficient production of coal mine safety monitoring system should be able to have built the integration of various systems in good condition and improve the effective utilization of information.Production management and support departments of surface coal mine must coordinate with the underground work in a timely manner.Therefore,communication networks must not only satisfy the coal mine production safety,emergency command and dispatch needs,but also to meet the command of ground production,daily management,and other aspects of people's lives and the communication needs.Based on the communication system of mine safety management at home and abroad contrast,I raised the production of our security architecture of wireless remote monitoring.Besides,for the management and remote monitoring system of each level has been divided and defined,the whole system hardware platform divided into four levels,between each level of the network structure and all levels of network connection mode have been outlined,and I focused on the design of wireless sensor networks and WiMax of underground network model.The design system of mine for mobile communications network consists of ground and underground;ground communication systems,which take into account the major coal based network using optical fiber transmission that not only can enhance the transmission rate,but can also reduce costs,underground wireless communication systems,which is wired + wireless,the main roadway is easy to use fiber optic cabling as the backbone of the local network,which access to corporate IP networks transmit information to the ground,in the underground face of the mine,where adopted wireless sensor networks and the adaptive mesh network of WiMax which is flexible networking,high-speed data transmission and low cost.This article also introduce wireless sensor networks and wireless sensor nodes.Wireless sensor nodes made up of the sensor module,processor module,the wireless communication module and power supply modules four parts.Sensor module use MC112 gas sensors and SHT11 digital temperature and humidity sensors,amplifier use LM358 which manufactured by Philips,analog to digital converter module use ADS5500,cpu use S3C2410 processor produced by Samsung company which based on ARM920T processor core by ARM company,RF wireless communication module selected ADI's AD9355 unit RF transceiver,which fully integrated dual-channel single-channel transmitter and receiver,thus the device can be used for mobile and fixed WiMax wireless network systems.Finally a wireless sensor network through gateway access to WiMax networks,as well as sensor nodes of processes is talked in this paper according to its writing software programs.Finally I made a summary for the management and communication system of the mine and forecasted.
