With the rapid development of the semiconductor light-emitting diode(LED)industry, the higher requirements for the quality of the LED light source performance are propose. For the purpose of establishing a performance index analysis system of LED light source, based on the existing text methods, analysis programs and national standards of general lighting LED light source performance requirements, combined with Java EE technology framework SI(Spring, MyBatis) MVC design pattern, the design of LED light source performance analysis system is proposed. Establishing a analysis systems to accurately assess the performance of the LED light source have important academic value and practical value for research and industry.This paper analyzes the development status at domestic and overseas and the meaning of the LED light source performance analysis system. Based on the in-depth study of the LED light source electricity, photometry, colorimetry, thermal performance index parameters and the life of the LED light source measuring principle and analytical methods, the analysis basis, analytical methods and calculation steps of the LED light source performance index are proposed. Meanwhile,in order to analyze the various performance index of LED light source is in accordance with the ordinary lighting performance requirements, the LED light source performance analysis results are compared with the standard which set by the system, then the analysis conclusion obtained. In addition, the analytical methods and calculation procedures of LED light source life cycle cost are proposed based on LCC(Life Cycle Cost) theory. Users can understand the cost of the whole life cycle of the LED light source so that select reasonable use scheme.According to the system design requirements analysis and requirements, LED light source performance analysis system is design. Using Java EE platform to build the overall architecture of system analysis. The LED light source performance analysis system is designed with a classic Java framework SI(Spring, MyBatis)integration. Separating Data access SQL and procedures is achieved by MyBatis, to facilitate the migration of the database and convenient the program development. The separation of system model layer, view layer and control layer is achieved by Spring-MVC framework. At the same time,data transaction to the Spring, a unified management of affairs are achieved by declarative transaction definitions.Finally, the samples were analyzed by the system, a series of electricity,photometry, colorimetry and thermal performance index data were obtained. The performance of the LED light source can be analyzed by The results. It reached the objective of scientific analysis of LED light source performance index.The system will help enterprise to improve filtering speed to unqualified LED light source.Meanwhile, providing the basis for product quality management help enterprises to improve product quality.
