Fuzzy control is an important branch of intelligent control field, it is a new type of control theory combining fuzzy mathematics with control theory. Fuzzy control achieve effective control of the controlled object by basing on fuzzy set, fuzzy knowledge language rules and many more fuzzy mathematics, summarizing the experience, operating data of expert or live operator as control rules, using fuzzy inference principle. And the biggest problem of fuzzy control is that the control process may generate steady-state error, which can not meet the needs of many engineer. PID control is used in industrial production control widely because of the simple structure, easy to implement and robustness. However, PID control controlled needs precise mathematical models of object, and when the production process is changed, PID parameters need to be re-adjusted manually after PID parameters determination.Based on analysis the advantages and disadvantages of fuzzy control and PID control, this article constitutes the fuzzy PID control. Firstly, for the fuzzy PID control, we research its algorithm, analyze the control process mainly, establish a reasonable fuzzy PID control rules. Comparing PID control and fuzzy PID control with simulation, the fuzzy PID control could control better. Secondly, in order to improve the adaptive ability of fuzzy PID control, we introduce the variable universe of thought, and constitute variable universe adaptive fuzzy PID controller based on fuzzy PID control. After research the universe change mechanism based on function model and fuzzy rules, the universe of fuzzy PID control can be changed with the input. By comparing the simulation, we can make variable universe fuzzy PID control maintain a good dynamic and static performance. Finally, coordinated control system is a nonlinear, multiple variable complex system. This article apply universe adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm in coordinated control system, Experimental results show that the control algorithm this article proposes can obtain a satisfactory control performance and control quality.
