The Design And Implementation Of The Information Management System For Urban Traffic Guidance LED

Traffic guidance display has the characteristics that display content is informative, information retention time is continual, and is an important part of modern city intelligent transportation. In the process of city modernization construction, there exits the problems such as different installation time and different site conditions. In order to adapt to the increasingly complex traffic demand in Dongguan city, the paper focuses on the Dongguan intelligent traffic management needs and develops the city traffic guidance screen information management system, aiming to manage traffic guidance screen and release information with high efficiently. The work and contribution of the paper is as follows:First, the designed system is based on C/S architecture of traffic information release interface. Traditionally, the mode information edited by a single department is used, which exits the problems such as delay in the release of information. The C/S architecture can collaborate different departments to edit and release information, achieving a rapid and real-time release of information. The paper presents the XML (Extended Markup Language) expression for display information, which makes the transmission of image between the client and server editable, and makes traffic guidance information server and client XML traffic information data exchangeable. At same time, the paper presents display words and icons implantation method behind the scenes to solve the problem that traditional solution cannot be generated automatically.Secondly, the aid in the form of the Unified Modeling Language, the use case diagram of the system needs to use to build the model, use the form of activity diagram and a timing diagram of the dynamic model of traffic guidance screen management system to build, use the system static class diagram Construction of the model.Third, the use of object-oriented language Delphi traffic guidance screen management system implemented to improve the safety and efficiency of the data processing system through the form of C/S architecture.The system is well verified in the practice, to achieve a efficient management of traffic guidance screen and rapid release of information. Dongguan city is typical of modernization of China's large and medium-sized cities, the successful implementation and application of the system provide a complete and successful technical reference for the other cities of our country.
