In recent years, the information management system gradually extended to the township level, and Wan Fang Town Government Nancheng County of Fuzhou city in the performance evaluation of information management personnel is still only in the paper, through the artificial way to manage records. In order to improve the Nancheng County of Fuzhou City, Wan Fang town government efficiency in the performance evaluation of information management personnel in this paper, the function of performance assessment information management module as the core,synchronization assistant function module developed in line with the actual personnel performance appraisal information management, to meet the user function of the performance appraisal information management personnel needs, so as to get rid of just stay in the paper to the era of information management. This paper designed and implemented under the management of marriage family planning management,training management and performance appraisal management module to meet the Wan Fang Town Government Nancheng County of Fuzhou City, management of personnel performance appraisal information Functional requirements. We also implement the subordinate information, job information, attendance information task information information is used to evaluate the performance of subordinates, so as to ensure entry of personnel performance appraisal information is fair and objective.This paper takes ZendStudio as the integrated development environment, through the combination of PHP language and MYSQL database to construct a B/S structure of the township personnel performance appraisal information management system.This system is based on the following management, attendance management,implementation of post management as the basis, in order to realize the performance appraisal information management as the core, professional information management,salary welfare information management, student information management system project management and training plan and information management subsidiary.Through the function of the user, to subordinate individuals, positions, titles,attendance, salary, work load and work task information at a glance, so as to judge the performance of subordinates to provide clear and accurate standards, while improving the the efficiency of the performance appraisal work, and ensure the accuracy of evaluation work. The system for the township level still stays in the paper onpersonnel performance appraisal of government information management The government department provides a good sample.
