Only the use of information technology to improve the accuracy of data analysis can give full play to the important role of tax assessment in tax collection and administration. In order to promote the standardization of tax payment evaluation, it is imperative to develop a set of effective tax evaluation management information system.According to the present situation of the tax authorities in our country, the paper takes the tax assessment management information system (Spring) as the core framework, uses MVC as the core framework, uses SSH as the basis of mode, Struts as the presentation layer technology support, and Hibernate as the persistence layer technology, from the Perspective of improving system scalability and maintainability, the business logic layer, data layer and presentation layer.The system to tax analysis, tax assessment and tax audit functions as a support for tax assessment of the main function modules, and comprehensive management and system maintenance functions as tax evaluation management information system to assist the function module, through the five functional modules of the integrated interaction mechanism and the accurate analysis of the function, in a certain extent simplifies the tax officials tax assessment desk analysis workload, effectively strengthen the collection, management, inspection and evaluation between multi sectoral interaction of, improve the tax assessment of work efficiency, improve the tax collection standards, the tax assessment is playing a more and more imnortant role in the tax administration.
