With the rapid development of the current Internet mobile communication technology, entertainment media content loader like smart phones, tablet PC and wearable electrical product begin to be widely used in people's lives. The emergence of the usage of these technologies and platforms, makes the data information of media content grow at a high-speed, at the same time, the type of media content is also continuously changing with the change of technology. Toward media companies, traditional media content managing efficiency and service quality can never suit the social development and changes, it has been an urgent issue for each media companies on how to elevate the media content managing efficiency, how to decide the detailed need of the consumers toward media content and further elevate the enterprise competitiveness.This paper has analyzed in detail based on actual evaluation toward media company industry, based on this to realize the system general design and detailed design together with database design. Combining with the present internet time individualism that consumers are never satisfied with the gaining of information, they would like to interact, thus this paper developed a media content managing system based on data digging technology. It has not only realized the traditional functions like content gaining, content configuration, content transfer, content storage and content handling. As well, it will apply data digging technology to realize rapid and accurate resource searching; individualized user recommendation function can also be realized, thus to elevate the satisfaction of consumers and the enterprise competitiveness. This system will adopt data dig-ging technology, data base adopts SQL Server 2005. and this system has elevated the managing efficiency of media content together with the user satisfaction, multi-function and simple operation. This paper will firstly evaluate and research the media content managing situation of media companies, summarize the defects for present media content management, and then summarize the actual sense for this program development. Secondly, based on the system needs, this paper designed the overall structure of the whole system, designed in detail the actual functions that the system needs, deciding the ways to realize the module functions. Finally, try to realize and develop the media content managing system adapting data digging technology. Before being officially used,it has realized system test and application, the consequence shows that the system has reached its anticipated functions.The system developed in this paper will greatly elevate the leading and deciding level of the company toward the media content management based on satisfying the basic needs for the company to manage media content, it will also reduce the operating risks.
