Design And Research Of Iris Recognition Terminal Equipment For Examination

Exam is an important tool for Chinese talents selection nowadays,with a high speed of social development and population increase,the scale of examinations are highly expanding.In 2015,over 1.409 million people registered for the national civil servants,about 9.39 million students attended the college entrance examination in 2014,near 90 thousand students applies for the China Academy of Art each year.Such serious situation brings unprecedented pressure for identifying students' ID information,facing with lots of fraudulent acts like replacing examination.Three aspects have been researched to solve the problem.Firstly,since traditional identify tools(card,password)have limitations like easy to be lost,cracked,and stolen,an effective means of identification is needed.This thesis studies from iris identification,the newest means of identification,compare with other biometric technologies,its feature and advantages have been analyzed,and it is discussed that how to use it in the most reasonable way.Secondly,combined with Chinese exam case,taking college entrance examination as example,the exam process,psychological behavior of participants,the existing terminal identification equipment are studied so as to clarify the design situation.Thirdly,ergonomics is learned to clear user's operating range and optimal way,shape freezing proportion and details.The design is based on the researches of these three aspects,it aims to develop a new,convenient,effective,practical,stable and accurate test terminal identification equipment.Through research,it is found that iris recognition technology has the advantages of accurate,fast,simple,stable and security,representing the best means to resolve identification problem.While iris recognition technology is substituted into existing college entrance examination process,a new process is proposed.Thirdly,the most reasonable form of identity information terminal equipment is formed through research on the user's behavior,psychology and ergonomics: the design of terminal equipment matches the handset(terminal identification)with the host(process side).Thorough design of monocular iris recognition module is carried out based on the advantages:small size,high precision,simple adaptation,good stability,cost-effective basis as condition.
