With the continuous progress of the times and the rapid development of science and technology, the Internet has become an essential part of people's lives. And along with the deepening of China's reform, the Internet is not only being comprehensively applied to the third industry, but also being penetrated to the first and second industries. Proposing the ‘Internet +' action plan is of great significance for the Internet to further expand the application areas, and drive the transition of traditional industries. In this background, this paper takes "Internet + agriculture" as the foothold, and aims to provide a rich information, practical and simple operation service platform for agricultural production.Firstly, this paper introduces the development of the agricultural internet at home and abroad, and analysis its shortcoming. Then an in-depth research is made on related technologies, including hierarchical model of MVC, the architectures and principles of Struct2, Spring and Hibernate, and some of front-end technology. The paper also divides the user population, and thus a detailed analysis is given on the demand for the function, performance, data and other aspects of the system. According to the result of the analysis, the paper discusses the design situation of the function modules, data tables, data persistence layer, data access layer and business logic layer of the system. Finally the implementation of the system is introduced and the effect of the system is displayed.This system uses the B/S network structure mode, the client uses a browser to get service, and it reduces the burden on users. This system uses the SSH lightweight framework based on the MVC model, to separate the system's view layer, business logic layer and persistence layer, which makes the development process more convenient, code coupling lower and scalability more strong. The display and interactive function of the page are implemented by JSP, then with the technology of Java Script and Ajax, it access to a good display effect and convenient user experience. Using the Hibernate framework to operate the MySQL database makes it easy to develop and maintain the platform.This system is a website system for providing agricultural production information and services based on SSH framework, which plays an important role in several areas such as improving the efficiency of agricultural production and promoting the development of agriculture modernization. This system builds a comprehensive service platform to provide guidance for crop planting and insect pests control plans by using the text, pictures, audio, video and visual communication and other forms. Through this platform, farmers can easily learn agricultural knowledge and knowledge of the industry, and can also communicate with the agricultural experts and technical personnel face-to-face, to get professional guidance on pest control. At present, the system has been put into use, and it not only meets the needs of users, reflects the penetration of Agricultural Internet applications to the production areas, but also provides a new model and a good technical support for the development of modern agriculture.
