Chinese Agricultural informationization is facing with many challenges,such as diversity of agriculture-related data,diversity of users' knowledge structure,diversity of application area,system flexibility and expansibility,therefore,to design a framework that meets requirements of different users and agricultural information resources platform in different application areas requires to eliminate the“information silo problem” of agricultural information resources as much as possible,which is the key point of this thesis.Aiming at research topic,this thesis studied the following contents:1?Design and research of open agricultural information resources platform framework.First,based on characteristics of agricultural information resources,this thesis put forward an open agricultural information resources platform framework,which is a model based on virtual service mapping layer,whose definition and formal description are introduced then.The thesis also introduced definitions of related concepts in virtual service mapping layer,definition of correlation and description of virtual service relations.In addition,this thesis described the process of building a virtual service mapping layer,and finally designed the frame fault detection and treatment mechanism.2?The design of user service selection mechanism based on Qo S.Firstly,the thesis analyzed user service selection that may be encountered in the virtual server mapping layer,so that the mechanism can perform different algorithms based on whether users have preference on Qo S attribute weights when submitting service requests.If the request contains weights,the mechanism will use the service selection algorithm based on comprehensive weight of Qo S.If there is no such request,it will use idealized service selection algorithm based on gray relational analysis proposed herein.The algorithm will use the gray relational analysis to work out the optimal correlation coefficient of candidate services,and finally provide users with candidate services after sorting.There are different user demands with same functions and dynamic conditions,so it is required to predict corresponding Qo S before using it.The thesisproposed a Qo S prediction algorithm based on similarity to solve above problems that are encountered in selecting service in virtual service mapping layer.And the thesis carried out experiment to test the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.3?The framework proposed in this thesis is applied in IT application of Yuntian Town,Yunlong Community.Firstly the thesis introduced the construction of public information application and service platform of Yuntian Town,Yunlong Community,Zhuzhou City in Rural Community Construction Technology Integration and Demonstration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Two-Oriented Society.And then the thesis analysed the design idea,system design and technologies of the project.Finally it presented the operation rendering of external portal of Yuntian Town's public information application and service platform,and demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed framework,which can solve the daily practical problems of agriculture and farmers effectively.
